By the first signs of dawn with a blue tint to the sky, the Don River fully overtook the Parkway reclaiming its old flood basin

Pretty Impressive!

For reasons I'm not going to get into... I was stuck in the southbound DVP traffic with a bunch of other people. Now don't worry, when I took this photo I was stopped. In fact people were getting out of their cars and wandering about.
