The problem with this May chasing was that it was really like an April chase. Due to the recent winter which was bitterly cold, the lakes were still ice covered in many areas as the cool, stable lake air was interfere with the storms robbing them of heat energy.

After grabbing a few photos I repositioned myself further down the road. I was really looking to see what I could do with the core since the storm itself was moving way too fast to chase.

The storm really did blow by quickly in Seaforth. There was some wind and plenty of heavy rain. Then on my way back east I found this damaged shed.

This barn also had a fair bit of damage to its siding. It also did look fairly fresh seeing as a large strip of the metal siding was laying just a little beyond the barn.

Now back east another round of storm began to work their way north from the south.

This storm had a bit of a clearing structure but making out much in the way of detail was difficult.

The storm did have tons of vertical motion, the scud was rising really quickly but it was not rotating,

Here are the third and fourth storms approaching on radar. Not really all that impressive!

This storm had an active rain free base but the storm motion was just way too fast, it was like 65 knots. Basically, impossible to chase!
