The sunny weather after the snowfall began to allow the air to creep towards the freezing mark once again.

The cleanup started in earnest after the Christmas holidays were over.

This was the end for Kaiser, once a beautiful tree lined street, it was now going to become a barren grassland. Maybe that's an exaggeration, but it almost every tree was removed.
